Inline Stainless Steel Bag Filter

Description

The SB-0475 inline bag filter assembly provides coolant filtration for CNC machines. The stainless steel bag filter is capable of removing particles down to 1 micron in size.

Benefits include preventing tool breakage and machine shutdowns, greatly extending tool life, and improving part finishes.

Filter assemblies utilize low cost filter bags with extremely long life. They are effective for both water based coolants and straight oils. Ideal for machining operations cutting aluminum, titanium, cast iron, plastics, or any materials that create small fines which contaminate the coolant.  The housing is rated up to 300 psi.  The filter is supplied with 25 micron filter bags to start.

The SB-0475 ships complete with pressure gage and tripod mounting legs.
