Clean Oil from Compressor Condensate or other Oily Wastewater for Environmentally Safe Disposal

Model #375 Pump/Separator Unit removes suspended and dissolved oil from compressed air condensate or other oily wastewater to permit environmentally safe disposal, at a flow rate of 150 gallons per hour. With a self-priming air-operated diaphragm pump, the Model #375 Separator can pump oily feed liquid from drums or tanks and deliver treated liquid under pump pressure to a holding tank or to sewer for environmentally safe disposal. The bag filter with an oil absorbent filter bag separates the suspended oil in the feed liquid, and the final 5 micron solids filter cartridge and carbon absorbent cartridge clean up any dissolved oils. The rugged air-operated pump can be run dry or dead-ended without damage. Shipped by UPS fully assembled in a 20” x 20” frame, the Model #375 is ready to operate simply by connecting a 1/4” compressed air line (no electricals). Three each oil absorbent filter bags, 5 micron solids cartridges, and carbon adsorbent cartridges are included with the Model #375.

Automatically Control Feed to Model #375 Separator or Other Air-Operated Equipment
Model #4525 dual point “pump down” controller turns on the compressed air to the pump when the liquid in a feed tank reaches the high level set point, and turns off the compressed air to the pump when the liquid drops to the low level set point. The #4525 controller contains two rod-mounted floats which operate a solenoid valve mounted on top of the rod. The control rod is installed vertically in a feed tank or drum, and the compressed air to the pump is piped through the solenoid valve. When the liquid level in the feed tank rises to the height of the upper float, the solenoid valve opens to feed air to the pump. When the liquid drops to the level of the lower float, the solenoid valve shuts off the air to the pump. The #4525 controller may be threaded into the 2” bung on a 55 gallon or 30 gallon drum, or mounted above a feed tank at least 20” deep. To operate, pipe the shop 1/4” compressed air line to the solenoid valve, and from the solenoid valve to the pump. Connect to a 115v outlet.

2 stage oil water separator feed level controller model 4525.
