Information For Distributors

The Basics

As well as selling direct to end users, Keller sells to distributors at attractive discounts for resale. Distributor arrangements are non-exclusive, but Keller will protect individual customer accounts if notified by the distributor. There are no minimum stocking requirements. Keller will drop-ship to the customer at no additional charge at the request of the distributor. All products are shipped UPS, and most shipments are made from stock.

Two Ideal Distributor Products

Although all Keller metalworking fluid maintenance products are available for resale by Distributors, the two following product lines are ideal for Distributor sales because:
  • They have applications in virtually all the shops that you now call on,
  • They are easy to specify, install and operate, and
  • They offer the best price/performance combination of any products on the market.

1) Keller TKO Pump/Skimmers for Individual Sumps

If a customer is thinking skimmers, he should be thinking Keller TKO Pump/Skimmers for individual sumps. Compared to a belt or disc skimmer, a TKO Pump/Skimmer offers:
  • Rugged high flow 1/2" air-operated pump which rapidly sweeps out the tramp oil, cleans and aerates the entire sump,
  • Patented, permanent oil separating (coalescing) element, never needs changing.
  • Compact inlet device can access any sump,
  • Operates without problems even in sumps with high solids,
  • No electricals, Easily setup in minutes by customer,
  • Requires minimal operator attention

New! Magnetic frame instantly mounts
TKO to machine tool without hardware.
Ideal for space-conscious shops!

2) Keller Filters with Permanent Elements for Coolant Delivery Lines

Keller In-line filters protect to-the-spindle, through-the-spindle, and through-the-tool coolant systems, preventing tool breakage & machine shutdowns, with the following advantages:
  • Keller permanent filter elements never need replacement--Inexpensive to purchase, no replacement parts
  • Keller permanent filter elements have superior solids holding capacity, far better than screens or disposable filters
  • Keller filters are easily installed in-shop in the coolant lines
  • Available with stainless steel or plastic housings for line sizes up to 2" and pressures to 300 psig

Keller Distributor Products

In addition to the two product areas featured above, Keller offers a broad range of filters and separators to meet any requirement to clean coolant or cutting oil--in fact, supplying products to maintain metalworking fluids is our only business.
A Distributor can be assured that the price/performance
combination of any Keller product line will never be
matched by any competitive products!
